1px;">据璧山区渝西蔬菜研发中心研究员张谊模介绍，这些种子都是具有当地特色的优良农作物品种，具有产量较高、抗性较强、老百姓喜欢种、市民喜欢吃等特点，且适合重庆以及西南地区大面积推广，所以通过此次搭载上天进行诱变，以创造更加优异的育种材料，为今后我们育种创造条件。<o:p></o:p></span></section><section style="text-align: 1px;">据了解，航天育种也称空间诱变育种，是指将农作物种子送到太空，借助高真空、微重力、宇宙高能离子辐射等特殊环境，使种子产生变异，再返回地面筛选出有益变异，利用常规育种方法培育新材料、新种质。航天育种的变异率可达到0.05%～<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">0.5%</span>，较普通诱变育种高<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">3</span>至<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">4</span>倍，育种周期较杂交育种缩短约<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">1</span>倍，由<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">8</span>年左右缩短至<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">4</span>年左右。这些种子在返回地面后还将进行分类种植、综合性状考查和筛选等后续研究。<o:p></o:p></span></section></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1px;">种子是农业的“芯片”，参与太空育种实验是璧山区做强种子“芯片”、打造现代化农业的积极探索。近年来，璧山区充分依托区位优势和产业特色，积极推动种业科技创新，助力种业振兴，筑牢种业安全理念，为全区乃至全国培育了一批自主、优质、高产的果树、蔬菜种苗。目前，璧山区已有蔬菜、柑橘制种育苗和研发主体<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">16</span>家，<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">2022</span>年全年制种<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">184</span>个品种，涉及<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">20</span>个作物，制种面积<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">751.3</span>亩，总产量<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">1.8</span>万千克，<span style="font-family: Times New
